ABOUT KVLTVRA WEB STORE

• Our web store is open to both domestic and international orders. A shipping surcharge is required to process every order. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight rate assigned to the designated country. 
  

PRICING

• All prices on our web store are stated in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). We reserve the right to amend the prices at any point of time without prior notice. 
  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card -

• We accept PayPal as the payment method for any direct purchase on our web store. PayPal allow you to make payment via "Debit / Credit Card or PayPal account". Once you have fill up all your Contact Information, click on PAY WITH PAYPAL and you will be directed to PayPal portal with your order information. At the PayPal portal, you have the option to choose "Pay with PayPal" or "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". If you have a PayPal account please log in to your PayPal and make the payment. If you don't have one please choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" and key in all your Debit or Credit Card details and proceed with the payment. Simple as that.
  

Bank Transfer -

• We do accept bank transfer as our payment method for any order within Malaysia. You may on the CONTACT page and stated the item you wish to purchase as the subject title. Alternately, you could place your order by email to [email protected]. Kindly include your order details and personal informations (Name, Address & Contact Number) in the email and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please check your Junk Folder especially when you're a Hotmail user if you do not see any reply from us within 48 hours. 
  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days. A tracking number will be provided for both domestic & international orders once the parcel/package has been shipped out. Therefore, kindly provide us your email address in your purchase details so that we could email you the tracking number. In any case of parcel/package returned by our courier partner and need to be resend to you due to incorrect address or was not picked up at the courier outlet during specified period, you will need to bear the shipping incurred for resending back the parcel/package to you.
  

Domestic Shipment

• For domestic shipment, we use Pos Laju as our domestic courier partner. A flat rate of RM10.00 shipping fees will be charged for all orders within Malaysia. The estimated shipping time for deliveries within West Malaysia would take approximately 3-4 working days, An additional day usually required for deliveries within East Malaysia or rural addresses. Please take note that only residential or commercial addresses are accepted. We will not send any parcel/package to a P.O.Box.
  

International Shipment

• Shipping charges for international shipment are varies for every country. You may confirmed your shipping charges before you checked out. As for the deliveries, it will take up to 20 working days, depending on the shipping address. Kindly take note that once the parcel/package reached the destination country, it may subject to customs clearance procedures, which will cause a delay beyond original delivery estimation time. Only residential and commercial addresses are accepted for international orders to avoid any complication during delivery due to different countries' shipping regulation.
  

EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

• We will only allowed exchange when you have received a wrong order in terms of items & size. Exchange are only permitted up to 14 days after delivery with the condition of original sold, and it must include a copy of the invoice showing the buyer's name. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. 
  

PRIVACY

• We value the importance of privacy. Therefore, we do not collect your personal identifiable information on this web store without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. Besides, we will not disclose your information to any third party.
